Defense of the Chief Accountant of a major food production company against charges of embezzlement of budgetary funds allocated as state subsidies. The case was terminated at the pretrial investigation stage on exonerating grounds.

Defense of the Deputy General Director of an industrial sector company against charges of organizing illegal migration during the pandemic. Notwithstanding the prosecution’s position, the criminal prosecution of the Client was terminated as a result of the defense’s efforts.

Defense of the former head of one of the central directorates of a federal ministry during a pre-investigation inquiry under Article 283 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Based on the inquiry results, a ruling was issued to refuse the initiation of criminal proceedings; the Client was not held liable.
